This week in our BRIGHT assembly we read 'Simon Sock'. Although we know that being a team player is a character strength to be celebrated, we learnt through this story that independence is also a great character strength to have. Simon Sock learns that it's great to be yourself and be independent, rather thank having to always be teamed up with a matching partner and we talked about what we could do to show independence also.
