Milk orders and payments
All children throughout school are entitled to be offered milk for during the school day. Children who qualify for Free School Meals are entitled to milk free of charge, children who do not qualify for Free School Meals will need to pay for milk. The current charge for milk is £14 per term.
Milk is ordered 3 times within the academic year to coincide with the 3 terms. A text will be sent out and information will be put on the weekly newsletter to let parents know when the ordering window has opened.
In July, orders are taken for the Autumn Tern that runs from September - Christmas holidays.
In December, orders are taken for the Spring Term that runs from January - Easter holidays.
In March, orders are taken for the Summer Term that runs from April - Summer holidays.
Milk is automatically ordered for all Reception children throughout the year.
In order to keep waste to a minimum, we do not automatically order milk for all children that qualify for Free School Meals, orders for milk must be made on ParentPay before the deadline.
If you would like your child to have milk and you are required to pay £14, please place your order on ParentPay before the deadline.
No cash will be accepted at school and no orders will be accepted after the deadline.
