🥛 School Milk for Your Child

We are pleased to partner with Cool Milk to provide fresh, chilled milk to our pupils every day.

School milk is excellent for your child’s development, providing essential calcium for strong bones and teeth, and offering a healthy, hydrating energy boost midway through the morning.

Is my child eligible for free milk?

• Children under 5: Milk is completely free for all children under the age of five, funded by the UK government's Nursery Milk Scheme.
• Children aged 5 and over: Milk is available at a heavily subsidised cost of around 28p–31p per day (approximately £15 to £20 per term).
• Benefits-based Free School Meals: Milk remains free for children aged 5 or over if they are eligible for TARGETED benefits-based free school meals.

How it works

• Portion size: Every registered child receives a fresh, chilled 189ml (1/3 pint) carton of semi-skimmed British dairy milk delivered directly to their classroom.
• Turning five: If your child currently receives free under-5 milk, Cool Milk will send you a payment reminder around three weeks before their fifth birthday so you can easily opt to pay and continue the service.
