Christmas At Farfield - 🎄Festive Activities🎄
Fri 19 Dec 2025What a wonderful time we've had in the run-up to Christmas. We've had performances and carols from all of the children across school. There have been crafts and singing and festive magic everywhere. Merry Christmas from Everyone at Farfield Primary & Nursery School.

🎀Wreath Competition🎀
Thu 18 Dec 2025Every classroom door has been adorned with an amazing class wreath all week. We've loved seeing your designs come together and enjoyed seeing your creativity. Miss Hollie had the difficult job of choosing the winners as they have all added to the festive feel around school. Congratulations to 2S and 5Y! We hope you enjoy your treats!

Christmas At Farfield - 🎁Festive Support🎁
Wed 17 Dec 2025Farfield Primary & Nursery School would like to express their thanks to our staff, community and friends at the Parish Church of Saint Wilfrid in Lidget Green. With the help of everyone, today we were able to deliver ten food parcels and over fifty presents to our Farfield families. Merry Christmas Everyone.

Wed 17 Dec 2025How lucky are we at Farfield Primary & Nursery School! The children have had a wonderful time today visiting with Father Christmas and his Chief Elf! The children enjoyed listening to 'T'was The Night Before Christmas' in front of an open fire, before telling him what they were hoping for and each receiving a special gift. BRIGHT Assembly - Tolerance
Tue 09 Dec 2025The theme of our BRIGHT assembly this week is Tolerance. We read the story 'It's Okay to be Different' by Todd Parr. We talked about all the ways that people are different and how we need to be accepting of everyone's differences. It is these differences that make us special and unique!

Whole School Assembly - 🎄Christmas with Adam🎄
Mon 08 Dec 2025This morning, Adam spoke to us about Christmas. We talked about how sometimes when we are getting ready for Christmas and putting up decorations we get caught up in all the excitement and forget about what is important at this time of year - peace for everyone. We listened to a piece of music that helped us to feel peaceful and thought about how we can help to bring peace and kindness to everyone.

BRIGHT Assembly - High Hopes
Tue 02 Dec 2025The story for our BRIGHT assembly is called 'What Will You Dream Tonight?'. It is the story of how adults wonder what children will dream as they drift off to sleep. Miss Partington talked about how our dreams and our hopes inspire us to become whoever we want to be!
